She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel DeLeon Rucker and Clarice Rucker; her siblings, Samuel Rucker, Jr. and Jeanette Rucker; and her stepchildren, Marvin Davis, Jr., John Davis, James Davis (Skeeter) and Pamela Davis-Taylor.
She is survived by: her husband Marvin Davis; her children, Marcie Charlene Davis and Steven Dale Davis; her brothers, Joel Rucker and Dr. Burnett Rucker; and her stepchildren, Bobby Davis, Maxine Walls, JoEda Davis, Kathy Davis and Jackie Davis. She is also survived by grandchildren, nephews, nieces, and friends.
