He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Henry Calvin Leroy Strahan and Ora Alma Strahan (Jackson); his wife Lola Mae Strahan (Gibson); his daughter Joyce Ackley (Strahan); his grandson Chris Strahan; his siblings, Floyd Strahan, Thelma Isaacs (Strahan), Frankie Ramsey (Strahan), Cordia VanWinkle (Strahan), Glenna Works (Strahan) and Rosezell Self (Strahan); his daughters, Judy Hyman (Strahan) and Linda Kay Strahan; his grandchildren, Tonja (Hyman), Tina Kay (Hyman) and Jeff (Carrie Strahan); his great grandchildren, Amanda Hyman, Ashley Lloyd, Lauren Perry (Lloyd), Melissa Lloyd, Luke Strahan, Eddie Hyman Jr and Josh Quintana; and his sister Annette White (Strahan).
