She was predeceased by: her husband Clyde Douglas Turner Sr.; her parents, J. D. Evans and Luella Parker Evans of Washington; and her siblings, Dorothy Breham, John Wesley Evans and William David Evans.
She is survived by: her sisters, Claudia Faye Gaither and Nellie Ruth Evans; and her children, Nedra Turner Turtine, Nikita Turner McDade (Tyrone), Tawana Turner Walton (Kenneth) and Clyde Douglas Turner Jr.. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, many great grands and many family members and friends.
