It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thelma Rhea Fouts (Duncanville, Texas), who passed away on November 24, 2019, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas C Fouts (T. C.); her parents, Archie Hulshouser and Dosie Hulshouser; and her sister Irene Hulshouser Turner. She is survived by: her daughters, Rheanne Fouts Clark (Ric) of Grapevine, TX and Renae Fouts Young (James) of Mansfield, TX.; her siblings, Rayford Hulshouser (Virginia) of Lancaster, TX, Wayne Hulshouser of Scurry, TX, Glenn Hulshouser (Sharon) of Athens, TX and Norma Hulshouser White (Pete) of Fresno, CA.; her grandchildren, Nathan Young of Mansfield, TX, Zachary Clark, Jacob Clark (Brittany) of Richland Hills, TX and Rachel Young Webster (Jeffrey) of Burleson, TX; and her great grandchild Kinslee Grace Webster.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to the First Christian Church of Duncanville.
