He is survived by: his wife Jimmie Webb; his children, Kenneth Webb, Christie Neal and Keith Webb; his grandchildren, Kevin Davis, Rhiannon Morrison, Ashley Neal, Jason Davis, Trevor Webb, Dillon Neal, Allison Webb and Taylor Webb; his great grandchildren, Samuel, Connor, Carson, Jackson, Sophia and Ryder; and his sister Carolyn Bragg.
