He was predeceased by: his father Milton Padgett. He is survived by: his mother Jenny Padgett; his siblings, Jimmy and Cathy; his son Garrett (Ashley); his wife Stephanie Frisch Hayes; his daughter Ryan Vines (Tim); his stepson Eric Hayes (Megan); and his grandchildren, Harper, Ford Vines, Barrett and Erin Hayes.
