He was predeceased by: his parents, Elizabeth Rose Branch Duckworth and William Dewey Duckworth; and his siblings, Frank Duckworth, Ruby Harwell, Howard Duckworth, Gladys Harwell, Robert "Bob" Duckworth, Millard Duckworth and Max Duckworth.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Duckworth; his children, Angela (David Grice) and Paul David (Krista Duckworth); his grandchildren, Lauren (Noah Williams), Nathan Grice, Caleb Duckworth, Noah Grice, Joshua Grice and Josiah Grice; his brothers, Joe Duckworth and J. Harold (Nancy Duckworth); his sister-in-law Sandra Biggs; and his pet Joey. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other family members.
