She was predeceased by: her husband John Lamar; her parents, Hal Wheeler and Elizabeth Wheeler; and her siblings, Rose Barnett, Margaret Gorman and John Wheeler.
She is survived by: her sons, David Lamar (Luanne) of Houston, Brian Lamar (Pam) of Midlothian and Paul Lamar (Anita) of Waxahachie; and her grandchildren, Andrea Lamar, Shannon Moyano, Shayne Lamar, Kyle Lamar, Courtney Lamar, Rachael Gilbert, Becky Young and Danny Lamar.
Memorial donations may be made to the First United Methodist Church of Cedar Hill.
