She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil West and Jennie McDowell; her husbands, Glenn Kirk, Gene Buck and Kenneth Chriss; her sisters, Virginia Ferrin and Patricia Smithson; and her son Jon Buck.
She is survived by: her daughters, Julianne Kirk-Bair (Jerry), Jennilea Kirk Brodnax and Susan Buck Thomas; her grandchildren, Shawn (Doreen), Scott Veltman, Jon Buck, Jr. (Melissa), Elizabeth Buck Henke, Kellilea Brodnax, Bryan Glenn Kirk, Brian, Jennifer Bair and Stefani Goeken (Ty); her great grandchildren, Taylor, Jon Robert Veltman, Breylea Anderson (Joe), Trent Valdez, Madeline, Lillian, Eve Bair and Lukas Goeken; her great great grandchild Zaylea Rodriguez; her sisters, Glenna Buote (Ray), Jeanne Nelsen and Stephanie Williams (Greg); and her friends, Connie Werden, Geri Whaley and Carroll Morriss.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to an animal shelter, food pantry, or Veteran's organization as she supported these causes all her life.
