He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Eugene "Gene" Cooper and Mary Ann Cooper (Davenport). He is survived by: his wife Janice Cooper (Harrington); his daughters, Stacey Crawford (Myc), Tracey Lamphere (Sean) and Kacey Ann Cooper; his grandchildren, Jack Crawford, Dawson Crawford, Liam Crawford, Violet Lamphere, Kate Lamphere and Livia Lamphere; and his siblings, Michelle Dieckman (Alan), Marla Andrus (Dave), Mark Cooper and Matt Cooper (Christine). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
