He is survived by: his brother Herman Mullen; his children, Phillip Eugene Winston (Linda Winston), Michael Anthony Winston (Pamela), Barbara Ann Peirce (Sherman), Mary Jo Lavallis and Anita Gale Rowe (Kelvin); his stepdaughter Debra Ann Winston-Freeman; and his grandchildren, Rashad Freeman, Mark Anthony Taylor, Mark Manning, Jasmine Flores (Juan), De'Jon Ly'Dale Winston, Kendrick Bernard Greer, Stephon Jamal Greer, Jania AnChare Greer, Ashley Nicole Winston, Jamayah Michele Winston, Keon Winston (Jennifer), Debora Denise Winston, Mathew Brown (Toy), Joshua Brown, Tabitha Jacob Phillip Eugene (Trey) and Maisha Oni Mahummed Brinkley. He is also survived by great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
