He is survived by: his wife Dorothy; his daughter Alicia Ann Howell; his son-in-law Martin Rennie; his brother Raymond Dwayne Howell (Sula); his nephew David Nolan Howell (Adrienne); his niece Katherine Leigh Harte (James); and also, Kelly Rene Conley (Richard) and Jimmy Leon Walker, Jr. (Robyn). He is also survived by nine grand nieces and nephews.
