He is survived by: his wife Janell Moore; his daughter Pennie Moore Toon; his son-in-law Stephen Toon; his stepchildren, Kendra Rochelle, Brandon Fitzgerald and Robyn Sligar; his son-in-law Chase Sligar; his grandchildren, Patrick Stephen Toon (Lauren), John Moore Toon, Colin Joseph Toon (Katherine), Elanor Helen Toon, Caleb Ray Swan, Michael Payton Rochelle, MaKenzi Payge Rochelle, Harlow Grayce Sligar and Locklyn Rayne Sligar; his great grandchildren, Luke Steele Huddleston and Levi James Toon; and his sister Deanna Blankenship. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
