He was predeceased by: his parents, Grace Lewis and James E. Lewis; his siblings, Lonnie, Jim, Johnny and Nita; and his son Keith Lewis.
He is survived by: his son Chris Carroll (Havanna); his grandchildren, Addison and James Scott (Theresa); his brother Larry Lewis; and his close friend Tibby Gray. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews and the friends.
