With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Alton Craig of Duncanville, Texas, born in Greenville, Texas, who passed away on July 28, 2022 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Alton Craig, Sr. and Alva Marie Decker; and his brothers, Bob and Bruce Craig. He is survived by: his wife Jan V. Craig; his children, David Craig (Jennifer), Jonathan Craig (Katie) and Rebekah Valerius (Lee); and his grandchildren, William, Zach, Matthew, Caroline, Hannah and Rachel.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Dr. Craig's name to Coram Deo Academy - a classical Chrisitan school in the Dallas area that several of his grandchildren have attended.
