He was predeceased by: his parents, Spurgeon Weaver and Nora Weaver (Weister). He is survived by: his wife Barbara Jean Smoyer; his son Jack, Jr. (Joyce); his sisters, Marge (Norm Patton), June (Tom Veale) and Nancy (Dennis Persin); and his granddaughters, Jennifer Weaver, Angela Weaver and Paulette Harris (Clem). He is also survived by five great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
