He is survived by: his wife Mary Fae Duff; his children, Katrina (Kay) and Herbert Jr. (Herb); his brother Dr. Frank Kamm; his sister-in-law Faith; his sister Anna Hergert; and his great-nieces, Kelsey Aleem Hobbs (Nicholas) and Mallory Aleem Johnson (Elgin). He is also survived by nieces and nephews; and numerous friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Seidel Chapter of the Air Force Association, The Rotary Foundation, or MetroCare Services.
