He was predeceased by: his wife Frances; and his children, Henry Earl, Jr. and Cindy Cody. He is survived by: his son Robert Ellis (Donna); his grandchildren, Shanan Harris and Sheryl Schuler; his great grandchildren, Naomi Seidmeyer and Becky Murphey; and his grandson Robert Cody.
