It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gene Brooks (Duncanville, Texas), who passed away on December 18, 2024, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Matthew Brooks and May V. Turner Brooks; his wife Robbie Mabry; and his siblings, Ernestine Brooks, Jack Brooks (Dorothy) and Gennie Brooks Wadle (Roy).
He is survived by: his daughter Karen (Billy Cotten); his grandsons, Jeffrey, Jeremy (Lan) and Justin (Hillary); and his great grandchildren, Noah, Ethan, Jonah and Tyler Brooks Cotten.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Life Assembly of God (123 U. S. Highway 67 Frontage Road, Duncanville, TX 75137). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
