He was predeceased by: his former wife Helen Winifred Fletcher; his brother Sidney Fletcher; and his parents, Paul Fletcher and Lucy Fletcher. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Shell Fletcher; his children, Stephen Fletcher of Carrollton, TX, Reba Parker (Angie Tanyi) of Portland, OR and Scott Fletcher (Annette) of Flower Mound, TX.; his grandchildren, Jennifer Ling (Randall) of Carrollton, Chris Fletcher (Julie Lorenc) of Lewisville, David Parker (Reba) of Washington, DC, Rebekah Parker (Reba) of Portland, OR, Aaron Fletcher (Scott) of Anderson and Joshua Fletcher (Scott) of Flower Mound; his great grandchildren, Luke and Noah Fletcher (Chris); his siblings, Charles Fletcher and Margaret Kleber; and also, Donna Fletcher and Craig Parker.
