He was predeceased by: his parents, John Jay and Millie Jay; and his brother Rick Jay. He is survived by: his nephew Kevin Jay (Michelle); his great-nieces and great-nephews, John David and Rylee Jay; his niece Kelly McCormick (James); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Ryan and James Ray McCormick (Bryson LeBlanc); his nephews, Steven and Jason Long; his sisters-in-law, Ila Jay and Cindy Moor Alexander; his parents-in-law, Sarah and Dean Moor; and also, Sue Wylie and Georgia Callaway.
