He is survived by: his children, Jeff and Laurie; his granddaughters, Jessie, Melissa and Sequoia; his great grandchildren, Denver, James, Jackson and Virginia Grace; and his brother Wesley (Joyce). He is also survived by his nephews, niece, in-laws, cousins, and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Jaynes Memorial Chapel (811 S Cockrell Hill Rd, Duncanville, TX 75137). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Good Shepherd Church (915 Old Straus Rd, Cedar Hill, TX 75104). A graveside service was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery (2000 Mountain Creek Pkwy, Dallas, TX 75211).
