He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Rosanne Peebles and Miller; his wife Mae Peebles; his son Rex Peebles; his son-in-law Gene Paul; his daughter Betty Paul; his daughter-in-law Sandra Peebles; his grandchildren, Jon Paul, Natalie Peebles and Nicole Peebles; his sister Betty Jo Flaniken (Bill); and his brother-in-law Aubrey Blake.

I will miss his visits and his beautiful voice. I am thanking God that Uncle Charles was in my life for over 80 yrs. He has moved on to claim his heavenly reward which our Lord promises.
