She was predeceased by: her spouse Billie Bell. She is survived by: her children, Sue Payne and Brad Bell (Becky); her grandchildren, Chris, Candace Payne, Kim, Jason Hobbs, Bailey, Nick Sandt and Dylan Bell; and her great grandchildren, Cadence Payne, Duncan Payne and Madison Hobbs.
