She is survived by: her children, Michael Daniel, Ronald Daniel, Becky Aly and Tammy Rice; her siblings, Virginia Hicks and Kenneth Mauldin; her siblings-in-law, Kenneth Hicks and Sharon Mauldin; her children-in-law, Carol Daniel, Brandon Aly and Zheca Daniel; her grandchildren, Brooke Aly, Edward Daniel and Andrew Daniel; and her nieces and nephews, Brenda Sherriff, Karen Hicks, Carrie Edgar, Timothy Mauldin and Jamie Mauldin.
In lieu of flowers, the family prefers donations to be made to Good Shepherd Episcopal Church with the designation "Carol Rice – altar".
