He is survived by: his wife Helen McGregor (Garrett); his daughter Kyna Garrett; his former wife Helen Garrett; his grandchildren, Brittney Releford, Ariel Richard (Brian) and Quentin Welch; his great grandchildren, O'brian, Sydnee, Jaylen, Ja'niya, Ivy and Sunshine; his brothers, Frank J. Banks (Jewel) and William Cooper (Linda); and his uncle Henderson Garrett (HD). He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins, friends.
