He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Walters and Etta Walters (Bradford); and his siblings, Charles Walters and Patsy Melton. He is survived by: his siblings, Carol Jones of Tyler, TX and Bennie Walters of Dumas, TX. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and other extended family.
A graveside service was held on Friday, October 4th 2024 at 2:00 PM and on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Dumas Cemetery (1401 S Twichell Ave, Dumas, TX 79029).
