She is survived by: her son Gary Chastain (Teresa Chastain); her siblings, Tommy LaValley of Shawnee, OK and Annetta Coble (Connie) of Shawnee, OK; her grandchildren, Shawn Chastain (Samantha) of Longview, TX, Robert Boyett (Megan) of Amarillo, TX, Derek Chastain (Karrisa) of Spring, TX and Travis Boyett of Dumas, TX; and her great grandchildren, Tinsley Chastain, Addison, Patrick Griffin, McKenzy Chastain, Brekken Braswell, Cheri'lyn, Ryleah, Gideon Boyett, Kendall and Everett Boyett. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
