He is survived by: his wife Gloria Ortiz (Arguello) of Dumas, Texas.; his children, Jose Serna (Alicia) of Yukon, Angela Martinez of El Paso and Michael Serna of College Station, Texas.; and his siblings, Elias Ortiz of Sunray, Fidencio Ortiz (Alicia) of Ft. Worth, Texas. and Belen Ramirez (Jose) of Turpin, Oklahoma.. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
A rosary was held on Tuesday, December 3rd 2024 at 9:30 AM at the St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church (115 N 1st St, Clayton, NM 88415). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, December 3rd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
