He was predeceased by: his parents, H. R. Perry and Dorothy Perry (Earnest); his wife Susie Simpson; and his brother Cary Stiles. He is survived by: his children, Trista Hallford (Togo) of Dumas, TX and Ricky Perry of Dumas, TX; his grandchildren, Tanner Hallford (Landri), Trace Hallford (Lexie), Katelynn Perry, Sarah Maynez (Johab) and Ryan Perry; his great grandchildren, Lucas Maynez, Kayson Hallford and Kutter Hallford; and his siblings, Russell Perry (Sue), Larry Waters (Sharon) and Diane King.

A graveside service was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Dumas Cemetery (1401 S Twichell Ave, Dumas, TX 79029).
