He is survived by: his wife Janice Blagg; his children, Matthew Santos Encinias of Amarillo, Selena Encinias of Pawhuska, OK, Meagan Encinias of Dumas and Paul Ryan Encinias of Dumas; his granddaughter Ava Hope Encinias; and his siblings, Ralph Encinias of Clayton, Melissa Dominquez of Clayton, NM, Berna Encinias of Clayton, NM and Delores Garcia of Albuquerque, NM.. He is also survived by his family and friends.
