He is survived by: his parents, Jim Hayhurst and Donna Hayhurst (Purcell) of Dumas, TX; his wife Lori; his children, Cody Hayhurst of Amarillo, TX and Ariel Hayhurst of Amarillo, TX; his grandchildren, Jaxon, Jeremiah and Jazlynn Hayhurst; his brother Bones Hayhurst (Jackie) of Dumas, TX; his nieces and nephews, Dallas Green (Chelsea) of Anna, TX, Becca Martinez (Isaih) of Clarksville, TN and Zack Thompson of Dumas, TX; and also Chani McKanna.
