He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Garth and La Trice Ward Garth; his wife Mary Lynn; and his nephew Jake McDowell. He is survived by: his children, Toad (Sheryl Garth) of Pampa, Stacy (Mike) and Roberts of Logan; and his brothers, Dirk Garth (Brenda) of Cypress and Tab Garth (Tommie) of Allen, Texas.. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 10 ½ great-grandchildren, family members as well as several nieces and nephews.

The family gratefully requests memorials be made to Moore County Hospice in Dumas, Texas.
