He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. Hulsey and Ethel Sue Hulsey (Griggs); his wife Doris Evelyn Henry; his sons, Ricky Alan Hulsey and Jimmy Charles Hulsey; his siblings, Charles Hulsey, Griggs Hulsey and Volene Jones; and his grandson Justin Hulsey.
He is survived by: his daughters, Carolyn Benson of Benbrook, TX and Debbie Hendricks (Stephen) of Dumas, TX. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren and several great great grandchildren.
