She was predeceased by: her husband Howard Diedrichsen; her parents, John Victor Erickson and Erna Meta VonSeggren; her daughter Kimberly Heard (Ken); her sister Eleanor Francke; and her grandmother Kimberly Curtis.
She is survived by: her brother John Erickson; her children, John Diedrichsen and Amy Bates (Howard); and her grandchildren, Andrew Heard, Carly Lowry (Kevin), Dylan Fernandez, Matthew Heard (Sydney), Frances Fernandez and Johnathan Bates.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, January 27th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the St. John's Lutheran Church (207 S Meredith Ave, Dumas, TX 79029).
In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Joan may be directed to St. John's Lutheran Church.
