She was predeceased by: her parents, Don McDaniel and Beth McDaniel; her husband George Newton Sr.; her children, Linda Holt and Gary Wayne Newton; her grandchild Tracy Woods; and her brother Robbie McDaniel.
She is survived by: her sons, George Newton Jr. (Shelly) of Rogers, AR and Jarrett Newton (Sally) of Arlington, TX; her grandchildren, Daisy Gifford (Josh), George Holt IV, Melody Campbell, Stephanie Butterfield, Christina Jacquot (Mychal), Maegan Foster (Ben) and Sarah Newton; her siblings, Dean McDaniel (Leah) of Conroe, TX, Don McDaniel of Dumas, TX, Rhonda McDaniel of Dumas, TX, Tony McDaniel (Sharon) of Henderson, NV and Randy McDaniel (Melissa) of Cumming, GA; and her sister-in-law Brenda McDaniel of Hendersonville, TN. She is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.
