He is survived by: his sisters, Lola Cruz of Amarillo, TX and Ina Thurman (Gary) of Amarillo, TX; his sons, Jay Vines (Teresa) of Amarillo, TX and Scott Vines (Leah Morris); and his grandchildren, James Robert Malone of Amarillo, TX, Jeremy Joe Malone of Amarillo, TX, Crystal Rogers of Ballinger, TX, Chad Sutton of Kalvesta, KS and KayLyn Lane (Donny) of Lubbock, TX. He is also survived by 17 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild and many nieces and nephews.
The family suggests, with gratitude, that memorials be made to St. Jude's Children Hospital.
