He was predeceased by: his mother Barbara Dick; his wife Alice; his son Deland; and his siblings, Rex, Lawrence, Milton, Katherine, Myra and Martha.
He is survived by: his son Dwight (Ruth); his grandchildren, Derringer (Amy), Townsend (Kianna), Quay (Danielle), Kord (Stacie) and Jessica (Daniel); and his sister Sarah (Ed). He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
In lieu of customary remembrances, the family suggests with gratitude that memorials be made to Nazarene Missions International.
