She is survived by: her parents, Johnie Billington and Gussie Billington; her husband Edward Ned Sr.; her children, Shanesa Hughes (Steven) and Edward Ned Jr. (Brittany); her siblings, James Ray Billington (Raleen), Richard Billington (Lelinda), Johnie Jr., Kenneth Billington, Quinten Billington, Kevin Billington, Tyrone Billington, Lynelle Roberson, Regina Billington (Billy) and Syreeta Finley (Aaron); her grandchildren, Amauri, Tre, Jayme, Maverick and Maxwell; and her sister Karen Mitchell. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 29th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Dumas - Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors (500 N Maddox Ave, Dumas, TX 79029). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (420 S Bliss Ave, Dumas, TX 79029).
