He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Lapp and Marie Lapp; his daughters-in-law, Marjorie and Kathy; and his wife Joy Nell Roberts.
He is survived by: his sons, Donald Paul (Diane) and Timothy Ray (Janel); and his stepsons, Bill (Carol), Gary (Kym), Glenn (Suzanne) and Dale (Mary). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Beeson-Morrison Funeral Directors (1015 S Dumas Ave, Dumas, TX 79029). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Morrison Memorial Chapel (1015 S Dumas Ave, Dumas, TX 79029).
