He was predeceased by: his wife Ethel Edwina Southard. He is survived by: his children, Louise Friedrichsen (Steven Rains) of East Wenatchee, WA., Debbie Langley (Gary) of Dumas, Gary George Southard (Nancy) of Port Angeles, WA. and Dalton Boyd Southard of Moses Lake, WA.; and his brothers, Lavern Southard (Phyllis) of Everett, WA. and Keith Southard (Linda) of Marysville, WA.. He is also survived by six grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
