He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Kelley and Nettie Kelley (Lyler); and his siblings, Vera, Bea, Mane, Grace, Lavern, Eugene and Art (Judy Kelley).
He is survived by: his sons, Kevin Kelley (Vanessa) of Dumas and John Kelley (Sharon) of Mountain Home, Arkansas; his stepdaughter Misty Simon of Longview, Texas; his granddaughters, Kayla Lanford (Rob) of Canyon, Kelsey Kelley of Dumas and Kassy Hutchison of Amarillo, Texas; and his great grandchildren, Halli, Carter Lanford of Canyon, Rob and Delsie Hutchison of Amarillo, Texas. He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 3rd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Martin Funeral Home, Inc. - Mansfield (108 Sebascott Ave, Mansfield, AR 72944).
