He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Roscoe, Jr. and Lorene Termin. He is survived by: his sons, Fred Roscoe, IV (Sierra) of Marianna, FL, Christopher Roscoe (Angelica) of Cactus, TX and Shawn Anderson (Jennifer) of Midland, TX; his grandchildren, Reyna, Nicholas, Alexandra, Aiden, Abbigail, Brooklyn and Brianne; and his sisters, Barbara Ann Roscoe and Susan Larence.

A memorial service was held on Monday, December 9th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church (1001 S Maddox Ave, Dumas, TX 79029).
