He was predeceased by: his parents, Julia Lopez (Calderon) and Miguel Lopez; his wife Rosa; his son Efren Lopez; and his granddaughters, Jackie Lopez and Rebecca Lopez.
He is survived by: his children, Michael S. Lopez of Dumas, TX, Elizabeth Ragon (James) of Amarillo, TX, Cindy Dodich (Robert) of Amarillo, TX and Fidel A. Lopez (Heather) of Bountiful, UT; his daughter-in-law Brandi Lopez; and his grandchildren, Tim, Greg, Josh, Erik, Kasondra, Brandon, Tami, Rashonda, Micaela, Jade, Spencer, Kayden and Shea. He is also survived by 20 great-grandchildren.
A rosary was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Morrison Memorial Chapel (1015 S Dumas Ave, Dumas, TX 79029). A prayer was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 6:30 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church (1001 S Maddox Ave, Dumas, TX 79029).
