He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hoffman and Velois Hoffman; his wife Donna Gleisberg; his sister Beverly Payne; his nieces, Miranda Payne, Bailey Youngblood and Brooklyn Hope Jared; and his nephew Justin Heinrich.
He is survived by: his former wife Cynthia Buller; his sons, Dustin Hoffman (Melinda) and Derek Hoffman (Carrie); his stepchildren, Andrew, Melissa and Chris Gleisberg; his grandchildren, William, Samantha Hoffman, Grady, AJ, Misty and Kyla Withrow; and his siblings, Daniel Hoffman (Cheryl) of Yukon, OK, Linda Heinrich (Joe) of Billings, OK, Terry Hoffman (Brenda) of Hunter, OK and Larry Hoffman (Julie) of Garber, OK.
