It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carl Unlaub of Dumas, Texas, born in Dallas, Texas, who passed away on June 8, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his family, Vietnam, Bronze Star and Legion of Merit; his children, Chuck (Jolene Unlaub) of Monte Vista and Emily (Ed Nolte) of Amarillo; his sister Nancy (Bob Anderson) of Albuquerque, NM; his granddaughters, Rikki (Brad Hanson) of Amarillo, Candy (Tim Schumaker) of Colorado Springs and Tory (Justin Dees) of Amarillo; his great grandchildren, Kinsler of Amarillo, Blakely Hanson of Amarillo, Gavin of Amarillo, Hudson Dees of Amarillo and Lincoln Schumaker of Colorado Springs; his niece Anita (Robert Gonzales) of Cimarron, NM; and his nephew David Blake of Rio Rancho, NM. He is also survived by many other friends and family.
