She was predeceased by: her husband C. R. Reed, Jr.; her parents, W. B. Wollet and Texie Wollet; her sister Thelma Lomas; her daughter Mary Lynn Simpson; and her grandson Cody Proa.
She is survived by: her son Cecil; her daughter-in-law Mary Reed of Los Fresnos; her daughter Angela; her son-in-law Joe Vann of Abilene; and her daughter Debra Reed of Gainesville. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, along with many nieces, nephews, cousins, and treasured friends.
