She is survived by: her sons, Shane Facemyer and Tom Facemyer (Kelly Facemyer); her grandchildren, Kodie (Derrick Whitfield), David Facemyer and Gabe Facemyer; and her great grandchildren, Madison, Camrie, Claire and Elle. She is also survived by many other family members and friends.
