She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Smith and Della Smith (Gray); her husband Kenneth Brashear; and her siblings, Leslie, Arthur, Frank Smith and Mary Francis Parenica.
She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Michael Brashear (Priscilla) of San Antonio, Daniel Brent Brashear of Dublin and Sherry Brashear Gerber (Mark) of Dublin; her grandchildren, Robert Brashear (Leah) of Katy, Sarah Brashear of Falls Church, VA, Zane and Jack Gerber of Dublin; and her great grandchildren, Cecilia and Ryder Brashear of Katy.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Stephenville Funeral Home South Loop (120 W South Loop, Stephenville, TX 76401). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Valley Grove Baptist Church (1731 US-281, Stephenville, TX 76401).
