He was predeceased by: his parents, Conley Loren Day and Jackie Spray-Bollier; his brother Conley Michael Day; his nephew Jeffrey Jordan; his niece Denise Jordan; his aunts and uncles, George Day, Douglas Day, Willie Conner (Day), Retha Watkins (Day), James Lewis Day (Jay), Micheal Boyd Day (Mack), Jerry Spray and Zanoni Woodward (Spray); and his stepfather Curtis Bollier.
He is survived by: his son Nathan (Jennifer); his granddaughters, Serina Sanchez (Day) and Tessa Day; his sister Pamela Gerland; his niece Tina Jordan; his nephew Mike Day; his aunt Betty Burge (Day); and his uncle Ray Day (Kay). He is also survived by several great-nephews and nieces, many cousins and friends.
